Originally from Zimbabwe, Brittney blends strategic insight with creative flair in everything she does. After studying Sociology at Brigham Young University, she began her career in law, rising from paralegal to head of the insurance division, where her knack for engaging with clients, refining systems and optimizing processes led to measurable growth and smoother operations.
After expanding her expertise with a major insurance firm in Indiana, Brittney returned to Utah to open her family’s restaurant, where she discovered a genuine love for systems design, training, and operations optimization.
Now, she channels that same drive into her entrepreneurial ventures - running a food truck and preparing to launch its peri peri sauce line (because why have one full time job when you can have two?). When she’s not building brands or streamlining workflows, Brittney is likely reading, watching “trashy” TV, or hopping on a plane in search of new adventures - usually fueled by good music and a healthy dose of caffeine.
